For agencies

Many clients, no cross-contamination.

Running six brands out of one account is where most social tools quietly fall down: shared defaults, mixed-up numbers, and a template library where everyone can see everyone else's work.

What usually goes wrong

  • One workspace holds every client, so a default hashtag set for one brand follows a post going out for another.
  • Onboarding a new client means rebuilding the same fifteen templates by hand, slightly differently each time.
  • A client asks for their numbers and the answer is a manual export plus half an hour in a spreadsheet.
  • A freelancer needs access to one client and ends up able to see all of them, because the permission model only has 'member'.
  • Someone re-authorises an account and the post history detaches from it, taking the reporting with it.

What changes

A workspace per client

Isolation is enforced at the data layer, not by convention — every query is scoped to one workspace, so there is no path by which one client's content appears in another's view.

Settings that stay put

Default hashtags, reply rules, caption templates and first-comment text live per connected account and survive token refreshes, so brands don't inherit each other's defaults.

Presets, not rebuilds

Bundle default templates and workspace configuration into a preset and apply it to a new client. Presets snapshot when used, so tuning one never disturbs work already in flight.

Roles you can actually scope

Define custom roles with granular permissions across templates, posts, analytics, settings and membership. A contractor gets precisely the surface you grant, and a member with no role gets nothing.

Reporting a client can read

Per-platform breakdowns, posting heatmaps, top posts and CSV export — including posts published outside the tool, so the report matches what the client sees on their own profile.

Reconnects don't lose history

An account that's disconnected and reconnected keeps its past posts attached, so a re-authorisation doesn't reset a quarter of reporting.

Multiple workspaces under one organisation are an Enterprise arrangement. Compare the plans.

Trust

Built to hold your brand's credentials.

You're handing a tool the keys to every account you publish from. Here's what protects them — the full detail is on the security page.

EU-hosted end to end

Application, worker, and database tiers all run in the same EU region. Your content doesn't leave it in normal operation.

Credentials encrypted at rest

Every connected-account token is sealed with AES-256-GCM and decrypted only at the moment of publishing or refresh.

Step-up verification by default

A sign-in from an unrecognised device needs an emailed code. Authenticator apps are supported as a stronger second factor.

Two separate audit trails

Workspace actions and account-security events are logged independently. IP addresses are stored as salted hashes, never raw.

Granular, deny-by-default roles

Admin, designer and editor ship as defaults, and you can define your own. A member with no role assigned can see nothing.

GDPR, with a DPA you can sign

Standard Contractual Clauses, a named sub-processor list, and a signable DPA on request within two business days.
