For brand teams

Stop being the bottleneck on every post.

A small design team and a large organisation that all wants to post is a queue problem dressed up as a quality problem. The fix isn't reviewing faster — it's making the wrong output impossible to produce.

What usually goes wrong

  • Every post routes through design for a five-minute change, so designers spend the week on production work instead of design work.
  • Someone works around the queue with their own file, and a slightly wrong shade of the brand colour ships to forty thousand people.
  • The same asset gets rebuilt three times because nobody can find the version that was already approved.
  • A campaign needs 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16, so one layout becomes three files that immediately drift apart.
  • Brand guidelines live in a PDF that nobody opens at the moment they'd actually matter.

What changes

Constraints, not guidelines

Colours, type and layout grids are bound at the layer level. The guideline stops being a document people should read and becomes a thing the tool enforces.

You choose what's editable

Nominate the layers that become fillable inputs. Everything else is locked. Contributors get exactly the freedom you decided to give them, and no more.

Author once, render everywhere

One template declares the aspects it supports and per-layer anchors reflow it between 1:1, 4:5 and 9:16 — instead of three files that slowly stop matching.

Keep working in Photoshop

Import a PSD with layers preserved and turn the ones you choose into inputs. The design process doesn't have to move to be usable here.

In-flight work can't shift

The template is frozen onto each post at creation, so revising the master never changes something already scheduled and approved.

One asset library

Images, fonts, colours and video in a shared, foldered library, with back-references showing which templates use what before you change anything.

Trust

Built to hold your brand's credentials.

You're handing a tool the keys to every account you publish from. Here's what protects them — the full detail is on the security page.

EU-hosted end to end

Application, worker, and database tiers all run in the same EU region. Your content doesn't leave it in normal operation.

Credentials encrypted at rest

Every connected-account token is sealed with AES-256-GCM and decrypted only at the moment of publishing or refresh.

Step-up verification by default

A sign-in from an unrecognised device needs an emailed code. Authenticator apps are supported as a stronger second factor.

Two separate audit trails

Workspace actions and account-security events are logged independently. IP addresses are stored as salted hashes, never raw.

Granular, deny-by-default roles

Admin, designer and editor ship as defaults, and you can define your own. A member with no role assigned can see nothing.

GDPR, with a DPA you can sign

Standard Contractual Clauses, a named sub-processor list, and a signable DPA on request within two business days.

Create a workspace, connect an account, pick a template. The trial gives you seven days to decide whether this replaces the four tools you’re currently taping together.
