Terms of service

The service

HyperContent is a templated publishing workflow for brand and content teams. We provide tools to design templates, compose posts, ingest content from sources you configure, and publish to third-party platforms on your behalf.

Your account

You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. One person per account. Workspaces can have multiple members, but every member needs their own account.

You must be 16 or older to use HyperContent. You represent that you have the authority to bind the organisation you're acting on behalf of.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use HyperContent to:

• publish content you don't own or don't have rights to distribute
• publish spam, harassment, hate speech, or content that violates the policies of the platforms we publish to (Meta, etc.)
• attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or access the service in ways not permitted by these terms
• resell or white-label the product without a separate agreement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or expose us to legal risk.

Content and ownership

You retain ownership of everything you upload to HyperContent — templates, assets, posts, text, images. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, render, and transmit that content strictly for the purpose of providing the service to you.

We don't claim ownership of your brand, your templates, or your posts. We don't use your content to train models.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance for the term you select (monthly or annual). Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If we change prices, existing subscriptions keep their current price until the next renewal.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — the workspace stays active until then.

Termination

You can delete your workspace at any time from settings. Account data is removed within 30 days (see privacy). We can terminate accounts that breach these terms with reasonable notice, or immediately if the breach exposes us to legal risk.

Disclaimers

HyperContent is provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Third-party platforms (Meta, Instagram, etc.) can change their APIs or their policies at any time, which may affect what you can do through HyperContent.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Belgrade, unless mandatory law in your jurisdiction provides otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after that date means you accept the new terms.
