Yes, in both directions, from the billing page in your workspace. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated; downgrades apply at the end of the current period so you keep what you've paid for.

Limits are enforced when you cross them rather than silently truncating your work — you'll be told which cap you've reached and what plan clears it. Nothing already published is affected, and you're never billed for overage without choosing it.

All plans are billed in EUR. Applicable VAT is calculated and shown at checkout based on your billing country and, for businesses, your VAT number.

One rendered output — a still image or a video — for one destination. A carousel counts each page, and a post going to three platforms in different aspect ratios counts three. Text-only destinations don't render at all and don't count.

The AI assistant works on writing you've already started — rewriting, shortening, fact-checking, SEO scoring — and is on every plan. Reporter is the layer that finds stories for you: monitoring sources, clustering topics across them, and drafting from that material on a schedule. Reporter is on the Newsroom plan.

From the billing page in your workspace, without emailing anyone. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and your content stays exportable.
